The Operator is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with any public authority. You may also submit an application yourself, directly.
The assistance provided includes completing and submitting travel document applications. The fee for this service covers professional support, verification and submission of the application, as well as any mandatory government fees.
Liability
The Operator is not liable for any damage suffered by the user if the data provided by the user is incomplete, incorrect or omitted and, as a result, adversely affects the application process.
The Operator is not liable for damage that may result from an erroneous decision by a customs or immigration officer of the destination country made after boarding an aircraft or vessel. Furthermore, the Operator is not liable for damage resulting from a decision to refuse or revoke permission to enter the destination country. The Operator's liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the service provided.
Personal data protection
Personal data collected by the Operator (the Data Controller) is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR).
As Users provide their personal data voluntarily, they have the right to access their personal data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time.
