These Terms apply whenever you use a website owned or operated by us, or any other means of accessing our services. By using our website, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them.
These Terms are always available at https://entryhop.com/ and may be downloaded, displayed and saved at any time by printing or storing them on a data carrier.
The User is responsible for obtaining internet access and a compatible internet-connected device. The quality of the services depends on the User's device and connection.
Minimum technical requirements: a computer or mobile device with internet access, access to email, and a web browser (Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer, Opera) with cookies and JavaScript enabled.
Given the public nature of the internet, Users should apply appropriate technical measures (e.g. antivirus software) to minimize risk.
The User acknowledges that 100% availability of the Services is not technically possible; however, we make every effort to keep the website and services available as consistently as possible.
The Operator is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with any public authority. The fee for our service covers professional support, verification and submission of the application, as well as any mandatory government fees.
When using our Service, the User agrees not to: copy, redistribute, sell, decompile or reverse engineer any part of it; circumvent technical measures; interfere with or damage the operation of the Service; upload unlawful content or content that infringes third-party rights; send spam or harass others; engage in fraudulent or misleading practices; or engage in unauthorized commercial or illegal activity.
III. Processing of digital arrival card applications
The Operator provides support and advisory services for handling and verifying applications for electronic travel authorizations / arrival cards. The service includes checking the data provided, processing it further and submitting the application to the relevant authority of the destination country.
The website provides an online form to be completed by applicants. Our specialists review the answers provided before the application is submitted.
Eligibility for the procedure depends on the applicant's citizenship and personal history. Applicants must provide information about themselves, their passport and the purpose of their visit.
Once the information provided is deemed appropriate and complete, the application is forwarded for approval. After payment is received, confirmation of the authorization is delivered as quickly as possible (within 72 hours).
If an application cannot be processed, the User will be informed and will receive a refund of the payment.
A digital arrival card may be issued and delivered to the User no earlier than seven days before the planned trip.
The User is responsible for checking that the document received is correct. Any discrepancies must be reported to the Operator without delay.
Travelers should apply at least seven days before departure to allow for any unforeseen delays.
Successful submission of an application does not guarantee entry into the destination country — eligibility is determined upon arrival.
The Service Agreement is concluded in English.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal notice before it expires.

XI. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, it shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable part shall be severed without affecting the remaining provisions.
XII. Force majeure
Neither Party shall be liable for failure to perform an obligation caused by force majeure, including epidemics, floods, fires, storms, shortages of raw materials, transport strikes, or partial or total strikes or lockouts. The Party affected by such an event must notify the other Party within five (5) business days.
The Parties agree to cooperate to determine the best way to fulfil the order for the duration of the force majeure event.
XIII. Final provisions
